Dr Nien-Tsu Tuan
BSc Vehicle Engineering (Chung Cheng Institute of Technology), MEng Engineering Management (University of Pretoria), PhD Engineering Management (University of Cape Town)
Nien-Tsu Tuan has more than 20 years of experience in developing defense equipments and 10 years in tertiary education. In 1986, he got a scholarship to the University of Pretoria. In 1996, he got the second scholarship to the University of Cape Town. Throughout the inquiring of knowledge, Tuan is continually ploughing interdisciplinary area – particularly in bridging the gap between engineering and management courses. He is a member of INFORMS Taiwan chapter and a reviewer of journal articles for Systemic Practice and Action Research.
