Saul Nurick is a lecturer in the Department of Construction Economics and Management at the University of Cape Town where his research interests include green building within urban real estate. Prior to joining UCT he worked in the listed property sector, and also briefly as a consultant for a project management company in the UAE.
Research in green building in the South African property market, with specific focus on how various stakeholders engage with green building features and initiatives from a social, environmental and financial perspective.
